Watching the movie “Wildhogs” with those big bikes (some cool, some so uncool), biker helmets (some cool, some plain stupid), awesome leather motorcycle jackets (all of them!), motorcycle googles, motorcycle gloves, and the attitude that goes with them (some just plain trying hard), one would really want to be where these guys were.

Troubled John Travolta, pressured Tim Allen, crazy Martin Lawrence, and nerdy William H. Macy just individually personified parts of our inner selves that are dreaming of getting out of the urban life’s rat race.

WHAT WAS TERRY SEMEL THINKING?
One of the last desperate gasps of corporate manuvering that ex-CEO of Yahoo! Terry Semel did, was to offer a full quarter of Yahoo! stock to News Corp. in exchange for the ownership of MySpace.com that News Corp. had forked out over $580 million for two years ago. Needless to say, that lame duck deal never saw the light of day, as Semel has since left Yahoo! for greener pastures in the internet world, leaving the far superior-thinking Jerry Yang at the helm of Yahoo! for the immediate future.

Why do so many businesses lack respect for online customers?

It’s bizarre, especially in this day and age with Internet usage and spending relentlessly on the rise. Perhaps with so many suspect websites hovering in cyberspace, even credible companies tend to lose perspective.

Maybe it?€?s time to start thinking of visitors as online guests. It’s a simple ?€?mind shift?€? that might get companies to better recognize how their websites communicate with those they intend to serve.

For instance, consider promotionally-driven pop-up windows. Would any credible company have a salesman jump out of nowhere and shove signage in front of a customer?€?s face?

Whether a software license agreement is properly constructed for a transaction depends on a range of factors. Of course, management of intellectual property rights for the copyright owner is a key area for close consideration. This entails defining the territory ?€“ usually countries - for the use of the software.

Best Gas Mileage is something everyone seeks these days. The oil crises cause the constant rise of gas price - and we are the ones who pay.

  • Accelerate gently. This will use less gas.
